Welcome to Speech with Tara

Welcome! I have been practicing speech and language therapy since 2012 in a variety of school districts in Wisconsin. I am located in DeForest and provide speech therapy services primarily to children in Dane County and areas north of DeForest. Services are in-home at this time (mobile).

I provide speech and language evaluations and services for students in the area of speech sounds (articulation), fluency (stuttering), social skills, expressive and receptive language skills, students with assistive technology devices (including support with obtaining a device, if appropriate), as well as other areas of communication. If you are unsure of the area of need, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have!

I have my school-based license in speech and language pathology, my healthcare speech/language pathologist license, as well as my national (CCC) license through the American Speech and Hearing Association. I received my masters degree for speech-language pathology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and also hold a masters degree in educational administration with additional licensure.
